The Numbness Came Years Before The Pain Did

Most people notice the numbness first and only go in about it years later, when it starts to hurt. A pain-management doctor of 27 years explains what he says that order means, and the natural remedy he now uses on his own feet.

What this page is. A summary of a free video presentation by a retired pain-management doctor. General health information, not medical advice, and no substitute for your own doctor. No cure is claimed and results vary from one person to the next.

You Noticed The Numbness First, And That Is The Order

The sock seam you stopped feeling. The floor that went quiet under one foot. The pebble in the shoe you only found at the door.

Almost nobody books an appointment for that. People go in years later, when it has started to hurt, and by then the conversation is about the pain.

He says the order is the part worth paying attention to, and that it was telling you something long before the pain arrived.

What He Says Numbness Means That Pain Does Not

Pain, in his account, is a nerve still sending. Numbness is one that has stopped getting through — and that is why he treats the quiet years as the informative ones rather than the harmless ones.

It is also why he works from the feet either way. Whatever started it, what he describes accumulates at the far ends of the nerve first, which is why the feet go before the hands and why the toes go before the heel.

The Coating He Describes Around The Nerve

In the presentation he describes a corrosive enzyme that collects around the nerve and hardens into a coating. He calls it sticky plaque. In his account it wears through the protective layer and leaves the nerve bare — an electrical wire stripped, in his words — and he shows the published work he is reading it from.

If he is right, everything you rubbed on the outside was sitting on top of it, and a natural remedy for neuropathy in the foot only counts if it gets past.

Three Things In Your Kitchen, And The Order He Uses

He names all three on camera and shows the amounts. He did not invent the combination — he found it in published work, and he says whose.

The ingredients are the easy part. The order, the proportion and the hour of the day are not, and he performs the sequence instead of listing it, because improvising at home is what he blames for most people getting nothing out of it.

He also says not to wait for spring. A nerve that has lost its covering does not take a cold night the way an intact one does, and the first cold weeks are when he hears from the most people.

What He Refuses To Claim

He makes no claim of a cure, and neither do we. He says it before he shows anything and he repeats it at the end.

Keep your appointments and keep taking what you were prescribed. Nothing here is a reason to change a medication, and he says that in his own words, twice.

One of the patients he describes had been on the same prescription for seven years. What she reports is smaller and more specific than a cure: that it stopped climbing, and that she started sleeping again. It varies from one person to the next.

Before You Watch It

I only have numbness, no pain. Is this for me?

He would say especially. In his account the numbness is the earlier signal and the pain arrives later, which is why he spends the first part of the presentation on it. He covers that order first.

Who is the doctor in the presentation?

A physician who spent 27 years in pain management and is now retired from practice. He gives his background and his reason for leaving at the start. You do not have to wait for it.

Are the three ingredients hard to find?

No. They are ordinary kitchen items. He names all three on camera and shows the amounts he uses rather than describing them. The amounts are the part people get wrong.

Do I stop what my doctor prescribed?

No. He says more than once to keep your appointments and keep taking what you were given. He draws that line before he shows anything.

Does he claim this cures neuropathy?

No, and neither do we. He explains what he uses on his own feet and why, and he is direct that it varies from one person to the next. He repeats it at the end.

Is it for the feet only, or the hands as well?

He works from the feet, because in his account what he describes forms at the far ends of the nerve first. He explains where he applies it and why he starts there. People with both usually start at the feet anyway.

Is anything being sold or collected to watch it?

No. There is no form, no email and no charge. It plays when the page opens.
